google’s test queue is full right now

    I’ll run it for you.

    What the test measures.

largest paintWhen the page looks ready.

How long until the biggest thing on screen, usually the hero image or product photo, is visible. Google counts 2.5 seconds or less as good.

response to a tapWhen the page listens.

How long the phone takes to react when a shopper taps. Heavy scripts from apps and trackers are the usual cause when it lags.

    layout shiftWhether things stay put.

How much content jumps while loading, the reason shoppers tap the wrong button. Google counts 0.1 or less as good.
