The problem
I watched trade compliance teams run their whole operation out of giant spreadsheets that only one person understood. The rules lived in that person’s head, applied on instinct.
The hard part
It was never the code. It was getting the expert to explain rules they applied without thinking. Once the decisions were mapped, the product almost designed itself.
What it does today
It generates compliant commercial invoices, calculates EU CBAM costs, and produces tamper-evident PDFs, with HS code lookup, sanctions screening against OFAC, EU, UK and UN lists, and landed cost calculation.
