By using this site, including the AI chat, the guides, and the downloadable resources, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. How we handle your data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

The AI chat

The chat on this site is an AI assistant trained to reflect how Lior thinks and works. It is provided for general information and orientation only:

It is not professional advice. Replies are not engineering, legal, financial, or compliance advice for your specific situation, and no reply creates any commitment, quote, or guarantee on our part.
It can be wrong. Like any AI system it can produce inaccurate or incomplete answers, even when they sound confident. Verify anything important with the real Lior or another qualified professional before acting on it.
Use it fairly. Do not use the chat to send unlawful or abusive content, attempt to disrupt or overload it, or use it as a general purpose AI service unrelated to our work. We may limit or block access to protect the service.

No client relationship

Using this site, chatting with the AI, sending an inquiry, or booking an introductory call does not create a client relationship, an engagement, or any obligation on either side. Professional services begin only under a separate written agreement that we both sign, and that agreement, not these terms, governs any actual work.

Paid tools for AI agents

Some tools are offered for a fee on a separate server, https://7it.co.il/mcp/pro, described at 7it.co.il/ai/pro. They are meant to be used by AI agents acting for a person or a business. When an agent pays for a tool, the person or business it acts for is the buyer and is responsible for the purchase, including any spending limits or approvals they gave the agent.

Prices. The current price of each paid tool and plan is published at 7it.co.il/ai/pro and returned by the list_paid_tools tool before any payment. Prices may change; a change never applies to a payment already made.
Paying per call (x402). A call is paid in USDC on the Base network through the x402 protocol. The work runs first, and the payment is settled only if the tool returned a result, so a call that fails is not charged. Settled payments are final, because a blockchain payment cannot be reversed by us; if a paid result was wrong because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will make it right.
Pilot period. During a pilot we may verify a signed payment and then not submit it, so the call costs nothing; the result says so. The signed authorization is not stored and expires on its own. A pilot allowance per wallet may apply, and the pilot can end at any time; a call that is charged always says so.
Monthly plans. Plans are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, receipts and sales tax. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; you can cancel at any time, and the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Refunds follow the Lemon Squeezy order terms shown at checkout.
Monitoring. A site monitor runs weekly for the 30 days paid for. Its id is the only key to its results; keep it private. You may only ask us to monitor a site you own or are allowed to check, and a webhook you give us must be an address you control.
What the results are. The paid tools read public information (pages, response headers and DNS records) and report what automated checks find. They are not a penetration test, a legal opinion or a certification, and the "No warranties" and "Limitation of liability" sections below apply to them.
Fair use. Do not use the tools to check sites at scale that you have no reason to check, to probe for weaknesses in systems you do not control, or to resell raw results as your own service without our written agreement. We may limit or stop access that breaks these terms; a prepaid plan stopped for misuse is not refunded.

7Maps

7Maps (7it.co.il/7maps) is a public map of MCP servers: their status, uptime, the risk level of each tool, changes over time, search results and the ratings agents give them. These terms apply to its pages, its data files and feeds, its MCP server and its open-source packages, in addition to the rest of this page.

Automated estimates, as is. Statuses, uptime figures, risk levels, rankings and search results are produced automatically from public information (each server's answer to a standard MCP handshake, its published tool list, descriptions and annotations) and from reports. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and are provided as is, without any warranty. A risk level is an estimate from what a tool says about itself, not a security audit. Check anything important yourself before relying on it.
Not an endorsement or an accusation. A listing, a rating, a place in a list or a risk level is an observation with a date, not a recommendation of a server and not a statement about the people who run it.
Placement cannot be bought. No payment, plan or owner verification changes how a server is measured, ranked or routed to.
Server owners. Owners can verify control of a server and add a short note, ask for a correction through the contact address below, or opt out of being checked at 7it.co.il/7maps/bot. After an opt-out the host is no longer contacted and leaves the published map.
Reports and sensors are opt-in. Agents may report how a call to a server went, in fixed fields only, and gateway operators may switch on an open-source sensor that sends the outcome of the calls their gateway forwards. What each one sends, and how long it is kept, is described in our Privacy Policy, the methodology and each package's README.
Public, permanent history. Each day's observations are hashed, chained and signed, and published so anyone can verify them. That history is permanent: it is not rewritten after an opt-out or a correction, which take effect from the next check.
Acceptable use. Do not send false or misleading reports, run sensors that report calls that did not happen, or try to influence a rating or ranking by any means other than how a server really behaves. Do not work around the daily calls offered without charge or any other limit, and do not copy or scrape the map in a way that degrades the service for others. We may refuse reports, block reporters or limit access that breaks these rules, and remove its effect on the map.
No bulk collection. The map's data (statuses, uptime and history, tool lists and their changes, lists and rankings, search results and the files and feeds that carry them) is offered for looking up individual servers and for the documented uses of its pages, files, feeds, badges, widget, plugin and MCP server. Do not collect it in bulk, systematically or over time to build, train or improve a competing dataset, directory, monitoring service or model, and do not access it by automated means beyond the documented endpoints and their rate limits (for example by rotating addresses, adding query strings to avoid caching, or crawling server pages in sequence). A use beyond this needs our written agreement. We may limit or block access that breaks this rule.
Personal keys. A personal key from 7it.co.il/7maps/me only ties calls to your own usage numbers; it does not change what a call costs or any limit. Keep it private: anyone who has it can read and delete those numbers. You can rotate it or delete it, with its numbers, at any time on that page. Tokens saved and failures avoided are estimates, not measurements of your agent.
Changes to the method. How 7Maps checks and rates servers may change. Each change is recorded with its date in the changelog of the methodology.
Paid calls. Paid 7Maps tools follow the "Paid tools for AI agents" section above.

7IT Guard and the Guard app

The Guard app at no cost. The Guard app (7it.co.il/guard/app) watches one website you prove is yours, with an outside check about once an hour, at no cost and with no payment card. You may only add a site you own or are allowed to monitor. We may change what the no-cost plan includes, or limit new sign-ups when capacity is reached; we will not delete your data because of such a change without telling you in the app first.

Guard Pro for 14 days when you verify a site. When you prove a website is yours in the Guard app, Guard Pro is switched on for that site for 14 days at no cost, with no payment card. It is offered once per website domain in any 24 months; a site that had Guard Pro in that time, on a paid plan, on a refunded purchase or in an earlier 14-day period, is not offered it again. When capacity is reached on a given day, the 14 days may start up to 7 days later. If an AI assistant or another tool registered the site for you, the 14 days start when you first open the Guard app link for it. At the end the site moves to the no-cost plan by itself; nothing is charged and nothing you set up is deleted, though features of Guard Pro you set up (such as alert channels, reports, maintenance windows and custom sensors) pause until you choose a plan. Choosing a plan during or after the 14 days keeps Guard Pro on.

Paid plans. Guard Solo, Guard Pro and the Agency plans are subscriptions sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which takes the payment, issues receipts and handles sales tax. The price, the billing period and what each plan includes are shown before you give any payment details, at checkout and in the app. Paid plans do not start with a trial period; payment is taken at checkout.

Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and the card on file is charged the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. If you chose to get billing notices in the app, we notify you there 30 days before the last day you can cancel a yearly plan before it renews, and Lemon Squeezy emails you 7 days before any renewal. If a price changes, we tell you at least 5 business days and at most 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, in one step, in the Guard app (Account, My subscription, Cancel) or in Lemon Squeezy's customer portal (7it.lemonsqueezy.com/billing, signed in with the email you paid with). Cancelling stops future renewals; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and nothing is deleted then: your site returns to the no-cost Guard app. Cancelling a plan also cancels its add-ons.

Add-ons. An add-on follows your plan's billing cycle and renews on your plan's renewal date. When you add one partway through a period, you are charged at checkout only for the time left until your plan renews; the app shows that amount and that date before the checkout opens. From then on it renews on the same day as your plan, at the price shown at checkout. Because the first charge already covers only the time left, there is no further credit, refund or offset for an add-on's partial period, apart from the 30-day money-back guarantee above. Cancelling an add-on stops its next renewal and it stays active until then; when your plan ends, its add-ons end with it. Add-ons paid with PayPal keep the date they started, because PayPal subscriptions cannot be moved.

30-day money-back guarantee. Within 30 days of your first payment for a plan, monthly or yearly, you can ask for a full refund in the app (Account, My subscription, Refund). If you bought the plan during the 14 days of Guard Pro on us, the 30 days count from the end of those 14 days. The 30 days end at the end of the last day in your own time zone. The refund covers that first payment and any add-ons bought in the same 30 days, and it ends the plan and those add-ons at once; your site returns to the no-cost Guard app with its history, and the refunded purchase counts as that site's 14 days of Guard Pro. It applies once per customer, once per key and once per website in any 24 months, and never to renewals or plans set up by hand. On a day with many requests, a refund may take up to one working day to confirm. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, and its own refund policy also applies; refunds can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. Outside the guarantee, payments are not refunded for the current period after a cancel, except where the law requires it.

Fair use. Do not create accounts or register sites to obtain the 14 days of Guard Pro or refunds more than once, do not add sites you have no right to monitor, and do not try to overload the checks or the app. We may refuse, end or limit the 14 days, a refund or an account that breaks these terms; a paid plan ended for misuse is not refunded.

What Guard is. Guard reads what your website shows to every visitor and reports what automated checks find. It is not a penetration test, a certification or a guarantee that a site is secure or online. The "No warranties" and "Limitation of liability" sections apply.

Deleting your account. You can delete your account in the app (Account, Delete my account). Your sites, settings, devices, inbox and history are deleted at once, and a paid plan is cancelled at the end of its period first. See the Privacy Policy for what stays and why.

The articles, guides, downloadable resources, and everything else on this site belong to 7IT Solutions unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read them, use them in your own business, and share links to them. Please do not republish, resell, or redistribute them as your own. Third party names and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

Third party services

Parts of the site rely on third party services, such as Calendly for scheduling. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Links to external sites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

No warranties

The site and the chat are provided as is and as available. We work to keep the content accurate and the site running, but we make no warranties that either is error free, complete, current, or uninterrupted, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7IT Solutions and Lior Aharonov are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses resulting from decisions made in reliance on the site's content or the AI chat's replies. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute about them will be handled by the competent courts in Israel, unless the mandatory law of your place of residence provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
