Welcome to 7it.co.il, the website of 7IT Solutions, operated by Lior Aharonov ("we", "us"). By using this site, including the AI chat, the guides, and the downloadable resources, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. How we handle your data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

The AI chat

The chat on this site is an AI assistant trained to reflect how Lior thinks and works. It is provided for general information and orientation only:

• It is not professional advice. Replies are not engineering, legal, financial, or compliance advice for your specific situation, and no reply creates any commitment, quote, or guarantee on our part.
• It can be wrong. Like any AI system it can produce inaccurate or incomplete answers, even when they sound confident. Verify anything important with the real Lior or another qualified professional before acting on it.
• Use it fairly. Do not use the chat to send unlawful or abusive content, attempt to disrupt or overload it, or use it as a general purpose AI service unrelated to our work. We may limit or block access to protect the service.

No client relationship

Using this site, chatting with the AI, sending an inquiry, or booking an introductory call does not create a client relationship, an engagement, or any obligation on either side. Professional services begin only under a separate written agreement that we both sign, and that agreement, not these terms, governs any actual work.

Our content

The articles, guides, downloadable resources, and everything else on this site belong to 7IT Solutions unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read them, use them in your own business, and share links to them. Please do not republish, resell, or redistribute them as your own. Third party names and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

Third party services

Parts of the site rely on third party services, such as Calendly for scheduling. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Links to external sites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

No warranties

The site and the chat are provided as is and as available. We work to keep the content accurate and the site running, but we make no warranties that either is error free, complete, current, or uninterrupted, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7IT Solutions and Lior Aharonov are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses resulting from decisions made in reliance on the site's content or the AI chat's replies. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute about them will be handled by the competent courts in Israel, unless the mandatory law of your place of residence provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
