What happened

SecurityWeek reports Chrome 155 fixed 37 security flaws, seven of them critical, and Firefox 158 fixed 77, with 30 rated high. The article does not describe any as exploited. It adds that Mozilla introduced Firefox Enterprise, a managed browser for organizations, with a management console you can host yourself.

Why it matters

Your team lives in the browser: the admin panel, the cloud console, the staging site. Seven critical flaws is a reason not to leave updates for the weekend. No exploitation is reported yet.

What to do

Update Chrome to 155.0.8059.79 or later and Firefox to 158 on every work machine today. Check managed fleets for browsers that have not restarted since the update.

A browser patch feels small. It protects the most-used application in your company.
