Method
Every remote server in the official MCP registry is contacted once a day with initialize and tools/list only (no tool is called). Tools are rated by what they can do: read-only, needs approval (changes data), or high risk (deletes, pays, sends or runs code). A change is any difference in a server’s tool list from its previous day.
